Terms and Conditions of FreshBooks’ Referral Program

Reward Delay

• Referrer (advocate) will receive the service credit reward 60 days after their friends’ upgrade.
• To receive the credit, the Referee(Friend)s’ account has to be a paying account when credit issues.

Program Integrity/Anti-Fraud

FreshBooks Referral Team reserves the right to reject a suspected Self-Referral if any of the following activities are detected:

• Same Cookie
• Same IP Address
• Same Email Address
• Same Customer ID
• User is on a blocked list

Reward Related

• Service Credit will be issued automatically if the above conditions are met. No action is required from the Referrer (advocate).
• Service Credit will not expire, but can not be refunded/transferred.
• To receive the service credit, referrers (advocates) need to use the same admin’s email address as their FreshBooks account.
