Terms and Conditions – Kick Bookkeeping Catch Up Offer

1. Eligibility

This offer is available exclusively to existing FreshBooks customers who purchase a new one-year subscription to the “FreshBooks Bookkeeping” plan, which is a custom bookkeeping service plan provided by Kick for FreshBooks customers.

2. Offer Details

Eligible customers will receive Free 2025 Prior Year Bookkeeping (the “Catch-Up Services”) with each new annual subscription to the FreshBooks Bookkeeping plan.

The Free 2025 Catch-Up Services are:

• Provided solely by Kick on a per entity basis; and
• Available only at the time of initial signup for the FreshBooks Bookkeeping plan during the Offer Period; and
• Non-transferrable; and
• Subject to additional eligibility requirements.

The Catch-Up Services are not available for purchase separately and cannot be retroactively applied to any other Kick plans.

3. Offer Period

This promotion is available from January 6, 2026 to March 1, 2026 only (the “Offer Period”) and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice by FreshBooks or Kick. The offer must be redeemed by completing the purchase of a new annual subscription to the FreshBooks Bookkeeping plan (provided by Kick) before the end of the Offer Period.

4. Redemption

To qualify for the Free 2025 Catch-Up Services, customers must:

• Be an existing FreshBooks customer; and
• Register for Kick; and
• Sign up as a new client for a one-year subscription to the FreshBooks Bookkeeping plan provided by Kick during the Offer Period; and
• Provide access to applicable financial documents for processing; and
• Agree to Kick’s terms and conditions.

5. Exclusions & Limitations

• Offer not valid for existing or returning Kick customers.
• Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, free trials, or partner offers.
• No cash value.
• Offer applies only to prior year bookkeeping for 2025 for the same entity.

6. Billing & Payment

All services are billed in accordance with Kick’s billing policies and are non refundable. Taxes and fees may apply. Kick provides FreshBooks customers services as a Third Party Offering, pursuant to FreshBooks’ Terms of Service.

7. Cancellation Policy

Kick’s standard cancellation policies apply to the FreshBooks Bookkeeping plan and all related services.
