Introducing: The New FreshBooks Blog, Redesigned to Serve You Better
March 28, 2017
In case you haven’t noticed, the FreshBooks blog just got a makeover.
Now, we didn’t just rename a couple categories or push pixels from left to right. This time, we gave the FreshBooks blog a complete transformation to better serve you, the small business owner.
We’re here to turn that mountain into a molehill, so you can get back to doing what you really love.
We know that running a small business is a calling, but that doesn’t mean it’s always a breeze. Your work is important to you but, sometimes the business side of things—marketing, legal paperwork and taxes may not come so naturally. So we designed the blog to give you easy access to the advice and resources you need for running a business.
That one thing you’ve been avoiding, whether it’s invoicing (hello, FreshBooks!) or content marketing: We’re here to turn that mountain into a molehill, so you can get back to doing what you really love.
Out with the Old, in with the New
With the new FreshBooks blog, you can pretty much find everything you’re looking for right on the homepage. The Top Stories, Editor’s Picks and Most Popular sections are completely hand-picked by FreshBooks editors and updated daily.
Now, we know that not every small business is the same. So, whether you’re a creative, a tradesperson, lawyer, business consultant or web developer, we’ve built sections for you right on the homepage. Dive right into the nitty gritty of your particular industry for tailor-made advice and resources.
If you thought that was all, you’ve only scratched the surface—that’s just a taste of what you can expect from the new and improved FreshBooks blog. Dive a little deeper into our main navigation and story pages, and you’ll find a wealth of advice, insights and resources to help run and grow your small business better.
The blog will continue to grow and evolve. We’d love your input on the process. So please leave comments below and we’ll take all your feedback into consideration as we move forward. In the meantime, we hope you enjoy our revamped blog!
A special shoutout goes to the FreshBooks team involved in the blog redesign. This couldn’t be possible without the following people: Jane Flanagan, Megan Santos, Amanda Levine, Gwen Myall, Daniel Hicks, Jesse Read, Jeff Busby, Kevin Carmona-Murphy, John Campana, Emmanuel Ricafort, Natasha Ostrovski, Shannon Murphy and Nikin Nagewadia.
