Qualifying Requirements

3.3

3.4

The complimentary 30-minute Onboarding Support session does not include accounting, bookkeeping, tax, legal, or financial advice. Onboarding Specialists will provide guidance on the set-up and use of FreshBooks software only based on the topics and workflows outlined above.

Booking Your Session

4.1

Following the sign-up and purchase, Eligible Subscribers will receive an email containing instructions and a booking link. Sessions must be initiated and booked by the Eligible Subscriber using this link.

4.2

The session must be both booked and completed within 30 days of sign-up. Sessions not booked and completed within this 30-day period will expire and cannot be rescheduled, extended, or exchanged. Limited sessions will be available per week for bookings.

4.3

As part of the booking process, a brief mandatory questionnaire must be completed. This information allows the Onboarding Specialist to prepare for the session.

General Conditions

5.1

Onboarding Support sessions have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or applied as credit toward your subscription or any other FreshBooks product or service.

5.2

If you cancel your FreshBooks subscription or request a refund under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, your eligibility for the unused Onboarding Support session ends immediately.

5.3

FreshBooks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Free Onboarding Support at any time without prior notice.
