Terms and Conditions – Payroll 50% off Lite or Plus Plans Offer

This offer is available exclusively to current FreshBooks customers with a Lite or Plus subscription plan who purchase a new monthly subscription to FreshBooks Payroll (powered by Gusto). To redeem, eligible customers must add FreshBooks Payroll to their active FreshBooks account by November 30, 2026, and successfully run their first payroll by January 31, 2027. This promotion is available from November 9, 2026, to November 30, 2026, only (the “Offer Period”) and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice by FreshBooks.

Qualifying customers will receive a 50% discount on their current monthly FreshBooks base subscription fee (Lite or Plus) for six (6) consecutive months [beginning the month following the first successful payroll run]. The FreshBooks Payroll subscription is billed separately at the standard rate of $40 per month plus $6 per month for each added payroll team member processed, which applies immediately upon enrollment.

To maintain the 50% discount on your Lite or Plus subscription, you must maintain an active, in-good-standing subscription to both FreshBooks and FreshBooks Payroll and successfully process payroll each month. If you cancel your Payroll subscription or your FreshBooks subscription during the 6-month promotional period, the 50% discount will be forfeited immediately for all subsequent months; no refund, credit, or other compensation will be provided for the unused portion of the offer. Starting in month seven (7), your FreshBooks subscription will automatically be billed at the then-current, standard monthly rate. Offer not valid for existing or returning Payroll customers, and cannot be combined with any other promotions or free trials. FreshBooks reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
