Offer: Dec 2026 Cyber Monday offer - $1/mo for 12 months Freshbooks Lite plan($23/mo value) if you sign up for payroll and process for 1yr.

This offer is available exclusively to current FreshBooks customers on a Lite subscription plan who purchase a new monthly FreshBooks Payroll (powered by Gusto) subscription. To redeem, eligible customers must add FreshBooks Payroll to their active FreshBooks account by January 31, 2027, and successfully run their first payroll by March 31, 2027. This promotion is available from November 30, 2026, to January 31, 2027, only (the “Offer Period”) and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice by FreshBooks.

Qualifying customers will receive their FreshBooks Lite plan subscription fee reduced to $1 per month (then-current price $23 per month) for twelve (12) consecutive months, beginning the month following the first successful payroll run. The FreshBooks Payroll subscription is billed separately at the standard rate of $40 per month plus $6 per month for each added payroll team member processed, which applies immediately upon enrollment.

To maintain the $1 per month rate on your Lite plan, you must keep an active, in good standing subscription to both FreshBooks and FreshBooks Payroll and successfully process payroll each month for the full 12-month period. If you cancel either subscription during the promotional period, the discount will be forfeited for all subsequent months and will not entitle you to any refund, credit, or compensation. Starting in month thirteen (13), your FreshBooks subscription automatically bills at the then-current standard monthly rate.

Offer valid for new Payroll customers only; existing or returning FreshBooks Payroll customers are not eligible. This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, free trials, or partner offers. FreshBooks reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
