TThis offer is available exclusively to current FreshBooks customers who purchase a new monthly subscription to FreshBooks Payroll (powered by Gusto). To redeem this offer, eligible customers must add FreshBooks Payroll to their active FreshBooks account by September 30, 2026, and successfully run their first payroll by January [XX], 2027.

Qualifying customers will receive their first three (3) consecutive months of the Payroll base subscription fee ($40/month) free. The per-employee fee of $6 per month per added payroll team member is excluded from this promotion and will be billed monthly starting from the first month of enrollment. Starting in month four (4), the base subscription will automatically be billed at the standard monthly rate of $40 per month.

Offer valid for new Payroll customers only; existing or returning FreshBooks Payroll customers are not eligible. This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, free trials, or partner offers. You must maintain an active FreshBooks subscription and Payroll subscription to remain eligible. If either subscription is canceled during the promotional period, the discount ends immediately. Your prepaid Payroll subscription fees are non-refundable, and no refund or credit will be provided for unused months or for the value of the promotional discount. FreshBooks reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
