This is the second national employer award the company has received this year, and the fourth received in two years.
Best Workplaces in Canada is an annual award from the Great Place to Work® Institute Canada, which rigorously assesses companies on their culture, values, and practices. Two-thirds of the total score is calculated from an anonymous survey completed by employees; the remaining one-third of the score comes from an in-depth review of the organization’s culture and people programs.
