FreshBooks to Leverage Gusto’s Technology to Power Upcoming Integrated Payroll Service
Toronto, CANADA, October 24, 2023— FreshBooks, a leader in cloud-based accounting software for small businesses and accountants, is pleased to announce an expansion of its partnership with Gusto, an industry-leading provider of HR and payroll technology. This new collaboration will see FreshBooks leveraging Gusto’s technology to power its upcoming integrated payroll service, marking a significant milestone in the six-year partnership between the tech companies.
Scheduled for release in January 2024 and available exclusively to U.S.-based customers, FreshBooks Payroll will be an embedded, full-service payroll solution that small business and medium-sized owners can seamlessly add to their monthly subscriptions. Gusto will provide its top-of-the-line technology to fuel the back-end of FreshBooks Payroll, guaranteeing robust security measures that customers can trust.
