FreshBooks delivers a way for small business owners to capture feedback, generate leads, and increase word-of-mouth.
TORONTO, CANADA – April 30th, 2014
FreshBooks, the #1 cloud accounting solution designed exclusively for small business owners, today introduced a new feature to help FreshBooks customers gain insightful feedback from their clients and increase word-of-mouth marketing capabilities. The FreshBooks rating & review feature is the first of its kind to be offered by a cloud accounting solution and is designed to capture feedback when it’s most critical—at the time of payment.
“Small business owners are starved for feedback. But it takes time to ask your clients for this information, and many owners find the process terrifying and awkward,” said Mike McDerment, CEO and co-founder, FreshBooks. “With FreshBooks our customers now have an automated feature that helps them to gather client feedback, increase referral rates and generate positive reviews for marketing materials with the click of a mouse.”
Based on the success of the Net Promoter Score, or NPS®, this new capability in FreshBooks asks clients to rate FreshBooks customers on how likely they are to recommend their service to another person. Clients can also provide an explanation of their feedback. FreshBooks customers and their clients then have the ability to share positive reviews to Facebook or via email with their network. For clients, the ability to share positive reviews via emails enables them to refer the service to those who may benefit.
The new feature is available starting today. Not a FreshBooks customer yet? Visit FreshBooks.com to sign up.
