Users of FreshBooks Payments acknowledge that information they submit to FreshBooks Payments is collected and used by Stripe Payments Canada Ltd. (“Stripe”) for the purposes of enabling FreshBooks to provide FreshBooks Payments. In respect of submitting such information to Stripe, such users agree to and are bound by the terms of use and privacy policy found at: https://stripe.com/legal/connect-account. Users further acknowledge that FreshBooks will, in providing FreshBooks Payments, obtain their information provided to Stripe, and such information will be subject to these Terms.

FreshBooks Payroll Powered by Gusto (“FreshBooks Payroll”). Users of FreshBooks Payroll agree to and are bound by the Embedded Payroll Service Agreement and Privacy Notice found here: https://flows.gusto.com/terms and https://gusto.com/legal/privacy which are agreements between such users and Gusto, Inc., separate and apart from these Terms.

FreshBooks Bookkeeping by Integra Global Solutions (“FreshBooks Bookkeeping”). Users of FreshBooks Bookkeeping agree to and are bound by the Integra Global Solutions Corp.’s Terms of Service found here: www.globalintegra.com which is an agreement between such user and Integra Global Solutions Corp., separate and apart from these Terms.
