Terms and Conditions – Payroll Team Member Offer

This offer is available exclusively to current FreshBooks customers purchasing a new subscription to FreshBooks Payroll (powered by Gusto). Pay only $3 per payroll team member for the initial 6 months when you add FreshBooks Payroll by July 31 and run your first payroll by August 31st, 2026. After the initial 6 months, payroll team member seats revert to the standard cost of $6 per team member. The standard $40/month Payroll subscription fee applies throughout. To redeem, current FreshBooks customers must complete the purchase and implementation of a new Payroll subscription plan (annual or monthly) prior to the applicable offer deadlines. Offer not valid for existing or returning Payroll customers. This Payroll offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, free trials, or partner offers. You must maintain an active FreshBooks subscription and an active Payroll subscription to remain eligible for the promotional seat pricing during the promotional period. If you cancel your FreshBooks subscription or Payroll subscription during the promotional period, your eligibility for the promotional seat pricing ends as of cancellation or, if applicable under the governing terms, at the end of the then-current billing period.   Your prepaid Payroll subscription fees are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued for unused months or for the value of the promotional discount. This promotion may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice by FreshBooks.
