Fall is officially here, and with it are new product updates from FreshBooks. Here’s a look at all the new and improved features that launched in September.

Track Your Inventory in FreshBooks

Inventory tracking has been added to your Items & Services page. Click on an entry to update how many of an item you have, and when you invoice for it the stock amount will be automatically reduced.

Plus, connect to Shopify, Squarespace, BarCloud & 2Ship, and your inventory will automatically be pulled into your FreshBooks account.

Issue Refunds, Directly from Your Account

You can now process both partial and full refunds right from FreshBooks, without having to reach out to support or third-party payment providers. This will give you more control over payments every step of the way. Check out how to use Refunds here.

Choose which currency you would like to create your Checkout Links in for a more seamless payment experience. Just create a link, share it with your client online, and FreshBooks will provide them with an automated receipt after they’ve paid. Learn all about Checkout Links here.

View A Longer List of Clients on Your Clients Page

You can now view up to 150 clients per page on your clients page. Adjust the setting at the bottom of the page and it will update (as shown below):
